As one of the oldest cities in Spanish soil, there are also quite a number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Valencia like the La Lonja de la Seda and the gargoyle-covered Llotja.
On lazy days, enjoy a pleasant stroll in the beautiful neighborhood of Barri del Carme or in the boardwalk of Puerto de Valencia. For some beachside fun, head to the Costa de Valencia where assorted water sports are available. Before going home, make sure to have tried the famous Paella dish and haggled a souvenir or two at the Central Market (Mercado Central).
