Fuzhou, a city in the People’s Republic of China, is also known as the ‘city of Banyan trees’. The unparalleled scenery in Fuzhou, combined with its bustling city center, makes it a great place to visit. Located in the northeast coast of the Fujian Province, Fuzhou sits opposite to North Taiwan, connected by Nanping and Ningde. With a humid subtropical climate, the weather is influenced by the Monsoons of East Asia and experiences long hot summers and short mild winters. Some of the points of interest in Fuzhou include the Zhuzifang Block which is a large museum that established during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The Fuzhou Yixu Airport, which was turned into an airbase PLA after 1997, serves as the secondary airport.
