Qantas currently operates a mixed fleet of Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

First, Business and Economy Class are the three cabin classes that are available on Qantas network. However, domestic services only have Business and Economy Class available. Qantas First Class passengers will be able to enjoy Qantas luxurious First lounges at the airports in Melbourne and Sydney, while on board, they will be able to relax in flat bed seats and enjoy the wide variety of mouth watering meals and beverages that are offered in this cabin. Qantas Business Class passengers will have access to the Qantas Club lounges while on board they will enjoy Skybeds with spacious seats and ergonomic cushions, 6-way adjustable headrest and foldout footrest. Qantas' Economy Class features slimline ergonomic seat with adjustable headrest wings, lumbar support and neck support.

Qantas Frequent Flyer is the name of the airline's frequent flyer programme. With Qantas Frequent Flyer members will be rewarded points for their loyalty, which will be based on the distance flown or according to the airline's other partners' requirements. Benefits and bonuses will vary according to the member's travel class and membership levels (Silver, Gold and Platinum). Qantas points can be cashed in for flights, hotel services or upgrades on flights.
