The government-owned Malaysia Airlines is Malaysia's national airline. Malaysia Airlines' main hub is located at KL International Airport, and the airline has two secondary hubs at Kota Kinabalu and Kuching International Airport. Malaysia Airlines offers its passengers three travel classes over all, Economy Class, Business Class and First Class. However, on its domestic services only two travel classes are offered these are Economy and Business Class. The airline's First Class is spacious and features flat bed seat with massage function and memory preset, individual foot rest and LCD touch-screen monitor for entertainment. Business Class features 10.4 LCD touch screen monitors, seats with foot rest, in-flight amenity kits, additional leg room and baggage allowance. Business Class passengers will also receive priority check-in and enhanced dining; while Economy Class on Malaysia Airlines offers passengers in-flight entertainment and seats with lumbar support.
The airline has two frequent flyer programs these are Enrich by Malaysia Airlines and Grads for Students by Malaysia Airlines. Enrich is the main frequent flyer programme and has four levels while Grads is just for students. Enrich's membership allows members to accumulate miles, which can be redeemed for special benefits and privileges including priority standby, free travel, extra baggage allowance and check-in.
Malaysia Airlines has three subsidiaries these are MASwings, Firefly and MASkargo. With its fleet of aircraft and its subsidiaries Malaysia Airlines covers all six continents.
