Korean Air is South Korea's flag carrier as well as its largest airline. Korean Air has wide networks, which extend across Asia, North America, Europe, Africa, Australia and South America. The airline operates an all Boeing fleet, and it has Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport as its hubs and Gimhae International Airport and Jeju International Airport as its focus cities.
Korean Air offers one economy class, four first classes and three types of business classes. First Class cabins on Korean Air feature either the old first class seats, sleeper seats or Kosmo Suite seats all of which can recline. First class also has individual video systems, Premium Care service, which is available only on request and in flight meals. Prestige class is the name of its Business Class, and it features sleeper style lie-flat seat, movable slide armrest on the shell-flat seats, Korean cuisine and your own privacy screen. Korean Air's Economy class boast seats with 121 degrees recline, or the new seats called New Economy Class and meal service.
The airline also runs SkyPass which is its frequent flyer programme. The programme's levels are Morning Calm Club, Morning Calm Premium Club and Million Miler Club, which are comparable to other schemes of the same nature with Morning Calm Club being the elite level.
Korean Air's subsidiary airline is Jin Air, which is a low cost airline. The airline is also a member of the SkyTeam Alliance. Some of the destinations that Korean Air covers include Egypt, China, Uzbekistan, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore, Nepal, Thailand, Israel and Dubai. It also flies to Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai in India. Korean Air is also a competitor of Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways and Singapore Airlines.
