Etihad's frequent flyer scheme has three tiers and is called Etihad Guest. Etihad Guest allows members to earn Etihad Guest Miles, which can qualify them for the membership of Etihad Guest Gold, which is the highest status; Etihad Guest Silver and Etihad Guest. These membership levels allow passengers to receive certain privileges such as free excess baggage, tier bonus and priority boarding.
The airline flies to destinations like Russia, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, China, Nepal, U.K, Ireland, Indonesia, Malaysia, France, Germany, Belgium, Cyprus, Bahrain, Egypt, Libya and Belarus. In Asia Etihad flies to India to destinations such as Chennai (Chennai International Airport), Kochi (Cochin International Airport), Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport), Mumbai (Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport), Hyderabad (Rajiv Gandhi International Airport), Kozhikode (Calicut International Airport) and Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum International). The airline's main competitors include Air France-KLM, Emirates and Deutsche Lufthansa.
